The project for the pneumatic technology, the standard system of common element detection system was established to carry out innovative research, pneumatic components, general products, standard methods constitute a complete standard system, formulated or revised 30 national standards and industry standards, solve the problem of the detection and control of pneumatic element flow dynamic characteristics of leakage point precision positioning, and the result is applied in testing equipment and enterprise promotion, greatly improving the pneumatic components inspection level and manufacturing quality, enhance our right to speak in this field.

At present, the project creates pneumatic components and system energy efficiency testing method and energy saving technology system has been adopted by Chinese fly, Jin Ning, alumina MOVEVER Dicastal hub of more than 200 national enterprises, nearly three years of China's electricity accumulated more than 2 billion 800 million degrees. In the course of this project, Zhejiang billion on research and development projects as the only R & D and production of pneumatic components factory, made a great contribution to research on dynamic evaluation method and the national standard for energy efficiency of component gas work, puts forward the design scheme of cylinder, vacuum generator, air tightness detection system, also developed a large caliber flow characteristics test device, pneumatic components, multi parameter measurement system, electromagnetic valve performance testing device of pneumatic components testing equipment, greatly enhance the pneumatic product testing level and efficiency.
